Goal Setting
"If you don't know where you're going, you will wind up somewhere else."

We help teams set three types of goals:
- The Outcome Goal
This is the physical achievement that your team is trying to accomplish. For example, win the championship. In order to achieve that aim, steps must be completed to get to that level.
- The Performance Goal
These are the steps that must be achieved in competition to make the outcome goal possible. For example, turn the ball over less than ten times a game and shoot better than 50% from the floor during the game. These are things that winning teams accomplish. In order to achieve the outcome, the win, these steps must be taken.
- The Process Goal
These are the steps in practice that a team must achieve to ensure that performance goals are met. For example, make 100 ft.'s consecutive and run each play successfully on the practice squad five times consecutively.
